Sea Hawk Business Innovation worked with Maury Gratrix to create a stand-alone e-commerce website to market reactive steel targets to law enforcement, tactical and recreational shooters throughout Canada and the US. The webstore “decouples” the shopping process from the fulfillment process, and uses technology instead of staff to serve customers. Customers can shop 24/7/365 from anywhere they want, and Maury can fill orders on his schedule from anywhere he wants. Maury can spend more time designing, manufacturing, and demonstrating his targets at shooting competitions, and less time performing administrative tasks tied to an office. He can better manage his work around his life, rather than his life around his work.
